THE APP PROVIDES AI-GENERATED CREATIVE AND FICTIONAL CONTENT FOR ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY.

AI outputs generated by the App — including but not limited to past life interpretations, soul stories, archetypes, karmic lessons, past life portraits, personality assessments, or manner-of-death descriptions — are fictional, speculative, and algorithmically generated creative works.

The content:

• Is not factual or historical
• Does not represent real past lives or events
• Does not constitute spiritual truth or verified belief systems
• Must not be interpreted as objective reality

Users expressly acknowledge the AI-generated content is imaginative entertainment similar to fiction, storytelling, or games.

2.No professional advice

The App does not provide and is not intended to provide:

• Medical advice
• Psychological or mental health advice
• Legal advice
• Financial advice
• Spiritual or religious counselling
• Historical analysis
• Professional services of any kind

3.AI-generated content disclaimer

All outputs are generated automatically by artificial intelligence systems using probabilistic models and user-provided inputs.

Accordingly:

• The Company makes no guarantees regarding accuracy, reliability, or suitability

The Company does not verify AI-generated results.

4.User responsibility and assumption of risk

By using the App you agree that:

• You are solely responsible for how you interpret or use the content
• You will not rely on generated content as factual, psychological, spiritual, or professional advice

You assume all risks arising from interpretation of or reliance upon App content.

5.Eligibility and age requirements

You must be at least:

• The age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, where lower ages are permitted by applicable authorities

The App is not directed toward children. The Company does not knowingly collect personal data from children in violation of applicable laws.

6.User inputs and uploaded content

The App allows you to submit information including personal details, responses to questions, and optionally photographs ("User Content").

By submitting User Content, you:

• Grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to process, analyse, and use such content solely to provide and improve the App
• Represent that you own or have permission to submit the content

You remain responsible for all User Content you submit. The Company reserves the right to remove or refuse content that violates these Terms.

7.Intellectual property rights

All rights, title, and interest in the App, including software branding, designs, interfaces, algorithms, and generated outputs, are owned by or licensed to the Company.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the Company grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence for personal, non-commercial use.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit the App or generated content
• Reverse engineer or attempt to derive source code
• Use outputs to train competing AI systems where prohibited by law

8.Payments and in-app purchases

The App may offer one-time purchases that unlock personalised AI-generated content.

By making purchases, you acknowledge:

• Digital content is personalised and delivered immediately
• The service is considered fully performed upon generation
• Access constitutes immediate consumption of personalised digital content

To the maximum extent permitted by law, purchases are non-refundable due to instant delivery of a customised element, except where mandatory consumer protection laws require refunds.

Payments are processed through Apple App Store, Google Play, or other authorised platforms and are subject to their respective terms.

9.Analytics and usage tracking

The App uses Firebase Analytics and related tools to collect anonymised usage information.

Where required by applicable law:

• Tracking technologies activate only after user consent
• Data is used solely to improve functionality, performance, and user experience

10.Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, the Company shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. Where liability cannot be excluded, it shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the App within the preceding twelve (12) months.

11.Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

• Your misuse of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your submitted User Content
• Your reliance on generated content

12.Platform compliance

Use of the App must comply with all applicable Apple App Store and Google Play policies. Platform providers are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms to the extent required by their respective agreements.

13.Termination

The Company may suspend or terminate access to the App at any time, without notice, if:

• You violate these Terms
• Required by law or platform policies
• Necessary to protect the App or other users

Upon termination, licences granted to you immediately cease.

14.Changes to these terms

Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15.Governing law and international use

These Terms are considered a global user basis.
